Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide. You can choose while you are ordering a shipping method. We recommand you the EMS Express, which is a fast way to get your order within 5 days to 2 weeks (depend where you are) and good cost of only 15 euros. Or you can choose The DHL express which is really fast and a good way for get your swimwear within 3 days every where in the world, but the cost will be higher.

Refunds and Returns

Dolphin Love Swim DOES NOT accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, including swimwear, to be exchanged or refunded, so it's very important you follow our sizing chart or email us at contact@dolphinloveswim.com with any questions before you purchase to ensure you have the perfect fitting bikinis.

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can start the return/excahnge process. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any faulty items. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.

Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and agreed upon by both parties, you will be offered an exchange or a refund. If you choose an exchange, you will receive a store credit to the value of your items (minus the original shipping costs and duties paid) so you can repurchase from our online store. If you choose a refund, your original method of payment will be credited with a refund (minus original shipping charges and duties paid). 

Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.

Please note... All colour shades can slightly differ in each production run. We also shoot a lot of our photography on film, therefore lighting may have an effect on the colour(s) in the photos and the fabric colour may appear slightly different in real life.
